In 2023, Trevor completed 10-weeks of comedy training through the Hilarapy Recovery Project, which aims to tackle the ongoing opioid crisis and provide hope to those impacted by addiction. In 2024, he underwent the Indigenous Coach Training Program to become a professional coach.
An award-winning writer and journalist, Trevor is an alumni of the Literary Journalism residency at the Banff Centre for Arts & Creativity. Through this residency he published an award-winning personal essay on intergenerational addiction within his family that he is currently turning into a book.
Trevor’s mission is to inspire healing and growth through storytelling. He believes that laughter is medicine and comedy fosters community. His coaching practice is grounded in Indigenous values and world views, empowering clients to unlock untapped sources of inner wisdom.
Trevor’s Indigenous ancestry is from the Wet’suwet’en Nation. He lives in Vancouver, BC.
